"gods and not gods"

In the ancient Irish mauscripts 'The Book of Leinster' and 'The Book of Dun Cow' ( circa 1100 C.E. ) the Sidhe-race of the Tuatha de Danaan are described as "gods and not gods", indicating that they are in fact something in between. However those who follow the Path of the Irish Faery Craft recognise the existence of a higher power, a great power or Ultimate Diety. This being said it is without doubt that the Tuatha De Danaan were treated as 'the gods amongst us'. It is indeed important to note that the Faery Craft is an Ancestral Tradition.
