Tom Wood's Good Beer Guide

Highwood Brewery stands peacefully in a fold of the Lincolnshire Wolds, surrounded by rich farming land that has for centuries provided the finest quality Malting Barley for use in the brewing of fine beers. It is in this proud local tradition that Highwood was founded in 1995, converted from an old brick built grain store, which is ideal for the brewing of high quality beers for which Highwood has become known.

By restricting capacity to 50 barrels per week, we are able to produce beers of a consistently high quality, whilst not erring from the age old methods of brewing; the rich blend of colours and flavours are naturally produced from the finest English Hops and Malted Barley.
