The San Antonio Masonic Organizations are affiliated with M.W. St. Joseph Grand Lodge A.F. & A.M. and Mt. Olive Grand Chapter Order of the Eastern Star and the State Masonic Youth Society headquartered at 1017 East 11th Street, P.O. Box 1296, Austin, Texas 78702.

The San Antonio Masonic Organizations are a part of District 4 & 6, one the nine Districts under the direction of Most Worshipful Saint Joseph Grand Lodge A.F. & A.M. District Four and Six are under the Supervision of the Right Worshipful District Manager, Brother Joseph P. Vaughns, 33rd, and covers three cities in South Central Texas. The Lodges in San Antonio that come under District Four are Alamo #1491, St. Joseph #1120 and Westside #1290.
