Baked Chicken Breasts in Orange Juice


2 lb Chicken Breasts Cut in fillets
1 cup Orange Juice
1 envelope Onion Soup Dry
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

Roll filets on onion soup to cover. Grease lasagna dish with oil. Place filets in dish and pour over the orange juice. Cover dish with aluminium foil and bake for 15 min at 175C.  Remove foil. Let dry a bit before serving.
