Baked Fish


1 lb Fish Large chunks
5 ea Potatoes Cut thin
1 ea Onion Sliced
6 ea Tomatoes
1 ea Lemon
Parsley Fresh
Black Olives
Olive Oil

Marinate fish in lemon juice and salt. Grease lasagne dish with olive oil, generously. Place a layer of marinated fish, and another of sliced potatoes, tomatoes and onions, olives and parsley. Add another layer of fish and so on. When full, cover with aluminium foil and bake in hot oven at 350F (175C) for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven, remove foil and let it dry a bit. Serve with white rice.
