Capers Sauce
Good for grilled fish.
4 | oz | Margarine | |
1 | ea | Lemon | Juice |
1 | ea | Fish Cube | Or vegetable cube |
3 | Tbsp | Capers | |
1 | ea | Laurel Leaf | Left whole |
Melt butter over VERY low heat until foamy. Add bay leaf and seasoning cube and stir for about 1 minute. Don't let butter brown. Squeeze over an entire lemon, stir in the capers, and serve over fish filets. Makes approx. ¾ cup of sauce, enough for 2 pounds of fish filets.
