Cheese Soufflé


1 cup Swiss Cheese Grated
2 cups Milk
1/2 cup Ham Shredded
6 ea Eggs

Beat whites until snowy. Add yolks, cheese and milk. Pour on greased Pyrex and bake in hot oven for 45 min until fully risen and cooked (toothpick test). Serve with shredded ham on top.
