Chicken a la King

1 | Cup | Mushrooms | Small |
1 | Cup | Green Peppers | Chopped |
1/2 | cup | Onions | Chopped |
6 | Tbsp | Margarine | |
2 | ea | Chicken Cubes | |
6 | Tbsp | Flour | |
1/2 | cup | Milk | |
1/2 | can | Evaporated Milk | |

Simmer the chicken for 45 min with bouillon. Separate meat from broth. Add more water to make two cups of broth. Sauté onions and peppers in margarine. Add flour and mix until blended. Add slowly, stirring, the 2 cups of chicken broth, milk and evaporated milk. Stir over medium heat until thick. Add chicken and mushrooms. Stir to mix well. Serve warm over toast slices.
