Chicken Rice Casserole
1 | cup | Rice | Uncooked |
3 | lb | Chicken | Cut in pieces |
1 | can | Cream Mushroom Soup | Concentrated |
1/2 | cup | Water | |
1 | envelope | Onion Soup | Dry |
Mix water, soups and rice. Pour in large baking pan. Place pieces of chicken on top of mixture. Cover with aluminium foil and bake for 1 hour at 350F. Then remove foil and bake for another ½ hour.
