Danish Meat Balls


1 lb Beef Ground
1/2 ea Green Pepper Chopped fine
1/2 ea Onion Chopped fine
1 tspn Pepper
1/3 cup Ketchup Or tomato sauce
2 tspn Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tspn Salt

Mix well and make meat balls the size of walnuts. Cook on low heat until done, do not brown. Pour Danish meatball sauce on meatballs and serve.

Danish Meatball Sauce:

3/4 cup Ketchup
1 tspn Pepper
1/2 cup Water
1 tspn Tabasco sauce
1/4 cup Vinegar Cider or white wine

Simmer about 20 minutes.
