Danish Meat Balls
1 | lb | Beef | Ground |
1/2 | ea | Green Pepper | Chopped fine |
1/2 | ea | Onion | Chopped fine |
1 | tspn | Pepper | |
1/3 | cup | Ketchup | Or tomato sauce |
2 | tspn | Worcestershire sauce | |
1/2 | tspn | Salt |
Mix well and make meat balls the size of walnuts. Cook on low heat until done, do not brown. Pour Danish meatball sauce on meatballs and serve.
Danish Meatball Sauce:
3/4 | cup | Ketchup | |
1 | tspn | Pepper | |
1/2 | cup | Water | |
1 | tspn | Tabasco sauce | |
1/4 | cup | Vinegar | Cider or white wine |
Simmer about 20 minutes.
