Fish Fillets


1 lb Fish Fillets Four pieces
1 1/2 tspn Worcestershire Sauce
5 Tbsp Margarine
5 Tbsp Parmesan Grated
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Parsley Chopped
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 ea Lemon Optional, to garnish

Heat the margarine in a saucepan until melted, over medium heat. Add the lemon juice, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese.  Stir well.  Remove from heat. Cover a broiler pan with aluminium foil and grease the surface with margarine. Brush each side of the fish steaks with the margarine mixture. Place the fish on the broiler pan and broil for about 10 minutes on each side. Sprinkle of parsley and more Parmesan cheese. Makes 4 servings. Slice the remaining lemon to garnish.
