Fried Ground Beef


Easy and simple. From my grandmother. 

2 lb Beef Ground
1 ea Onion Chopped very fine
Parsley & Scallion Fresh, chopped fine
Salt and Pepper

Fry onions. Add beef and seasoning and 1/4 cup of water.  Cover. Stir from time to time to break lumps and cook evenly. Cook until all liquid is gone.

Serve with white rice, French fries or mashed potatoes.
