Fried Ground Beef
Easy and simple. From my grandmother.
2 | lb | Beef | Ground |
1 | ea | Onion | Chopped very fine |
Parsley & Scallion | Fresh, chopped fine | ||
Salt and Pepper |
Fry onions. Add beef and seasoning and 1/4 cup of water. Cover. Stir from time to time to break lumps and cook evenly. Cook until all liquid is gone.
Serve
with white rice, French fries or mashed potatoes.
