Ham and Scalloped Potatoes


1 1/2 cup Ham Diced
3 Tbsp Corn Starch
8 ea Potatoes Peeled and sliced
1 cups Milk
3 Tbsp Onions Minced
White Sauce
Salt & Pepper

Put one third of the potatoes in buttered lasagne pan, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of onion and over it one tablespoon of cornstarch. Spread one third of the ham. Make two more layers. Pour white sauce over all. Add milk so that all potatoes are covered. Bake for 1:30 hour, uncovered.
