Ham & Mushroom Soufflé
White Sauce | |||
1/2 | Lb | Ham | Chopped fine |
1/4 | lb | Swiss cheese | Grated |
1/2 | cup | Mushrooms | Sliced |
2 | ea | Eggs |
Add the ham, cheese and mushrooms and egg yolks to white sauce. Beat whites until hard. Mix everything with care. Place on greased and floured baking pan and bake. No salt is needed.
