An egg & coconut dessert
8 | ea | Yolks | |
2 | ea | Egg White | |
1 | cup | Sugar | |
2 | oz | Margarine | |
2 | oz | Coconut | Grated |
Beat eggs well. Mix in progressively margarine and sugar. Beat until mixture is thick, pale and forms a ribbon. Mix in coconut. Divide among buttered cupcake tins and bake for 35 minutes in Bain Marie in pre-heated oven at 350 F.
