Sausage Calzone

1 | cup | Mozzarella | Shredded |
1 | cup | Marinara Sauce | |
1 | cup | Ricotta Cheese | |
1/2 | tspn | Oregano | Dry |
2 | cloves | Garlic | Minced |
1 | ea | Egg | |
Salt and Pepper | A pinch each |
Fry sausages. Cut into thin slices. Combine mozzarella, ricotta, egg and seasonings. Divide dough in half. Roll each in a 12" circle. Spread 1/2 cup of sauce, half of cheese mixture and half of the sausages over a half of each dough circle, leaving 1" at the edge. Fold the plain half of the dough over the filling to form a half moon. Moisten and pinch edges of dough to seal well. Transfer to baking sheet and bake for 25-30 min. Serves 8
