Spanish Fish Stew


A great recipe for on board cooking

Many Potatoes Peeled, quartered
Olive Oil Generous serving
Several Onions Large, quartered
Several Green Peppers Chopped, large pieces
1 head Garlic Chopped fine
1-2 bottle White Wine Drinking quality
Lots Hard meat fish Chunks
Lots Seafood As available
Scallion & Parsley Fresh
Salt and Pepper

Chop green peppers, potatoes, onions (bite size). Cook in low fire for 30-40 min. Start cooking fish and seafood when almost ready so that everything will be ready at the same time. Cover with olive oil, cover and simmer until ready. First bottle of wine is for the cook to drink while making the stew. Drain and serve with other bottle of wine.
