Spanish Fish Stew
A great recipe for on board cooking
Many | Potatoes | Peeled, quartered | |
Olive Oil | Generous serving | ||
Several | Onions | Large, quartered | |
Several | Green Peppers | Chopped, large pieces | |
1 | head | Garlic | Chopped fine |
1-2 | bottle | White Wine | Drinking quality |
Lots | Hard meat fish | Chunks | |
Lots | Seafood | As available | |
Scallion & Parsley | Fresh | ||
Salt and Pepper |
Chop green peppers, potatoes, onions (bite size). Cook in low fire for 30-40 min. Start cooking fish and seafood when almost ready so that everything will be ready at the same time. Cover with olive oil, cover and simmer until ready. First bottle of wine is for the cook to drink while making the stew. Drain and serve with other bottle of wine.
