Bill of Responsibilities Day in Oklahoma;
providing for codification; and providing an effective date.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Oklahoma:

SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 90.6 of Title 25, unless there is created a duplication in numbering reads as follows:

The 16th day of December of each year is hereby establishes as "Bill of Responsibilities Day" in Oklahoma. All citizens of this state are requested to devote some portion of Bill of Responsibilities Day to reflection and acceptance of the responsibilities of being a citizen of this nation in order to secure and expand our freedom as individual members of a free society.

SECTION 3. This act shall become effective September 1, 1991.
