The above-ground jungle walkway at Ariaś Jungle Tower "Hotel".

These walkways connected the various towers at the hotel. The idea was to construct canopy level "paths" with minimum destructive contact with the fragile Amazon Jungle flora and fauna. This view is from my treetop "Tarzan" house where Tom Cruise had stayed shortly before our visit. Jimmy and Rosaline Carter had stayed in Dad and Lisa's suite only a month before.
