Windows 95 Desktop Themes

If you are bored with the same old background, icons, cursors and sounds on your computer desktop, then you are ready to enter the world of Desktop Themes.

A theme can be based around anything the designer chooses, from Winnie the Pooh to The X-Files. The only requirements to run them are Windows 95 and Microsoft PLUS!
