THE MILPITAS UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT AGREES:
To provide a certificated teacher to assist, to instruct, and to support the student as he/she progresses toward the agreement objective.
To provide the student equal access to existing services and resources available to any and all students enrolled in the school of record.
To warrant that Independennt Study is an alternative strategy available to all students who choose to pursue it.
To provide students with due process should the need arise.
That all course objectives are consistent with those established in the District's core curriculum and adopted by the Board of Education.
