Of course, there are some rules, some because of the rules of my server admin, as well as some of my own. They are:
Absolutely NO profanity. This includes swearing and/or lewd speech
No porno. PERIOD. I don't even want submissions that refer directly to sex or sexual actions.
Please, no overly violent stuff either.
If, for some reason, I choose to not use your poem(s), I will attempt to let you know via email ASAP.
Spirals through the cages
airy thoughts and potent styles
chips of substance in a world of absolutes
Restless slumbers in antique dress
of futured shows, held powerless
the freedom fights; the weapons fall
beyond the corpses dreaded stall
the stiffened bodies numbers rise
the frame stilled faces; fierce demise
the open thoughts, half bent all spayed
the lonely faces inside stockade
the bags return all battered dead
while back at home the traitors fled
swore not to fight for peace should reign
despite the steadfast; held campaign
and hummed and chanted hymns of battle
while the pools of ripples rattle
The presence forced the hearts beyond
the cemetaries holy frond
and in the prayers the thoughts run deep
and lived and died; one final sleep
