Unknown
The title of this poem is self-explainatory. I have no clue why I wrote this poem, or where I wanted to go with it. This is just one of those poems where I came out with something totally random. However, I still like it. It's...unknown.
Unknown
A light, understanding.
A prayer, withstanding.
A hope, unshaken.
A dream, unbroken.
Shadows, unseen.
Darkness, unknown.
Pain, unforgiving.
Life, unyeilding.
I've entered this life,
Blind.
I've lived this life,
Burned.
I've shared this life,
Spurned.
I leave this life,
Alone.
Alone I should not be,
I've loved.
Yet, who has loved me?
I once found a place to rest,
I've forgotten.
To find it again is my quest.
Is my searching in vain?
I hope not.
Will you look through my pain?
I know not.
Is life simply worthless?
It is not.
