This foundation is a non-profit, public benefit corporation, inspired by the principles of the oneness of mankind as enshrined in the teachings of the Bahá´í Faith, and which has been founded for the purpose of promoting world order and sustainable development , particularly in the cities located in the Imperial and Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico Valleys.
Some of the principles which are being emphasized in the courses on Moral Leadership as well as in the Sistema de Aprendizaje Tutorial (S.A.T.) include: Honesty, justice, the equality of men and women, truthfulness, the elimination of all forms of prejudice, detachment, as well as others.

The Foundation also offers conferences on the different principles of world unity and social and economic development in the Imperial Valley as well as in the Mexicali Valley in schools, colleges, universities, foundations and associations.
The Anisa Foundation is implementing the pre-youth training in rural service (S.A.T. - Sistema de Aprendizaje Tutorial- Tutorial Learning System) which includes education in farming, animal husbandry, poultry raising and community service (specifically, classes in basic health and in teaching reading and writing) within a context of sustainable development which has been developed and implemented by F.U.N.D.A.E.C. in Cali, Colombia over the past twenty-five years. Anisa also colaborates with FUNDEBER, another Bahá´í-inspired educational foundation, located in Tepic, Nayarit and which also promotes the S.A.T. program in its area.
The foundation also supports a musical group called Tlacoa which means "he who speaks or sings" in Spanish.
