An Unnecessary History

And months went by. I got my GeoCities account.
And the web grew up into a bustling, crowded megalith of pop culture and consumerism.
And more months went by.
The image of a tiny, tiny pebble falling into a vast ocean was considered and bandied about. Remember when GeoCities was new and nifty? Didn't think so.
And so on.
So I figured, hey, since this in really only for my friends, the hell with anyone who stumbles across this little islet of silliness - you won't understand it! Hopefully you'll think it's goofy and subversive, but probably not. And if you have a problem with this, bite me! I'm busy! I've got a job to do, you web-surfer punks! Who do you think pays for all this stuff? You know what? Go to bed!
