Immediately before Marcus Brumer's
'mention' for pieing Premier Steve Bracks.

Bracks called the S11 World Economic Forum protesters fascists
and said they deserved everything they got.

In one incident police attacked protesters as they sat blocking a road,
putting several people into hospital and injuring dozens more.

Marcus pied the Premier demanding justice for the S11 protesters.
He now faces five charges.
