HELP US TO DOCUMENT THESE PAGES

There is fortunately now a little more material to be found about Hard-Boiled literature and Film Noir on the Web.

Our Web site, Hard-Boiled Mysteries, will exclusively deal with Hard-Boiled/Noir subjects, and NOT with the general mainstream for mystery novels that is abundantly served-up in lots of Net facilities.
I will deliberately not include the 'pulp' magazines of the Golden Age as such... as this indispensable and vast subject is already treated by specialist webbers in detail and is a domain by its own.

However, we really ask for help from the fans and amateurs having essays, critics of novels, or having developed any subject about Hard-Boiled/Noir literature and films.

Professionals are welcome to lodge here short essays, published in the past, which are of general interest and would stay without re-issue otherwise.

They are all welcome to send these for inclusion in the Web pages.

The pages are NOT a commercial site and all contributions can only be by volunteers.
As well, we will not include texts of novels nor reproduce short stories in our pages.

I will, of course, contribute as well, but I will not be able to explore all of the domain of Hard-Boiled Mysteries all by myself! I hope that cooperation from amateurs and fans will make it more diversified and enlightening.

We have to do something for this literature we like and which deserves more attention.

We hope for your support and collaboration to make it work.
