I wish boxes that said, "zip top"
would really zip their tops,
And the cans that say, "pop open",
would someday really 'pop'.
Why don't the makers of these cans,
(after we've opened their 'zip top' lids)
buy our Band-Aids for a week or so,
and explain them to our kids?
These may seem quite simple to you,
the 'pop open' cans and the 'zip top' box,
but to me the one most difficult
is the metal container; with a key it unlocks!
I have looked over, under and about
for a box labeled "Easy-Pour" spout.
Only to find myself in a spot
once I have poured the whole thing in the pot!
These easy-pour and pop-up things
can easily be mislead.
Don't bury me with a "Zip-Top" lid,
If tonight you find me dead!!!!!!!
