Trinity is a place where the Sonshine of Jesus' love shines in the life
of every Child!

We offer a full children's program, Nursery through 5th grade.
Our Nursery is staffed with loving competent workers both paid and
volunteer.  The children will hear a Bible story and share in craft time
as well as enjoy a snack.  They may even have the opportunity to enjoy a
"Veggie Tale"!

If you are pre-school (4 & 5 year olds) you will love our Sonbeams.
Crafts, Bible stories, Snack and Outside play is planned each week by a
team of dedicated teachers.  This program lasts through the entire
morning (9:15 - Noon) so you can attend a life enrichment class.

Sonshine Worship is a time of singing and learning geared toward 1st - 5th
grades.  Here the Sonshine Kids are taught Bible truths through stories, 
puppets and songs.  There are many opportunities to earn Sonshine Bucks
which may be spent in our Sonshine Shop on the first Sunday of each
month.

We also offer an extended teaching time during the 11:00 am Sunday
School hour.  Your child will be a part of a small group of their
peers.  A Bible teaching time is provided by their teacher.  This is a
great opportunity for your child to develop lasting friendships.

Join our Sonshine Singers (1st - 5th grades) at Music Camp 1997, June 9th - 13th,
with the performance on June 15th at both the 9:15am and 11:00am services.  Bring
your Dad for this special Father's day event.  Sonshine Singers also meet each
Sunday afternoon from September - December 1997 at
4:00pm to practice for our Christmas musical.  The performance is scheduled for
December 7th, 1997.

A Family Vacation Bible School will be held July 14th - 20th, 1997.  Kids will have
the opportunity to hear special stories from and Indian woman named "Ole Morning
Star."  There will be music, games and crafts each night.  Parents will enjoy a film
series while their kids have fun.  Hope to see you there.

Summer and Winter camps offer children a great time away for fun, rest, and
opportunities to build friendships as well as learn more about God.  Summer camp
dates (4th - 6th grades) are as follows:  Camp La Scherpa, July 7th - 12th 1997, and
Camp Sugar Pine, July 27th - August 2nd 1997.  Call the church office ASAP, and
reserve your space!

We also feel it is important for children to have fun activities that
promote the development of friendships so we plan parties and movie
nights periodically.  On October 31 we have a BIG party called Pumpkin
Patch where kids can come play games, eat hot dogs, get candy and prizes
as well as bounce in a castle and ride a pony!

As the Children's Pastor at Trinity it is my desire that every child
that comes through Trinity's doors feels loved, safe and learns what it
means to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ early in their
life.  We have done our best to provide a safe environment by initiating
a Child Protection Policy and strict check-in, check-out policy in our
pre-school programs.

God has shown us His attitude toward children when Jesus said "Let the
little children come to me".  They were important enough for Him to pull
up onto His knee and love.  We want to show the same love and concern.
