It is our goal at Los Osos Middle School to help students participate in lifelong activities that lead to better fitness. We believe that lead to better fitness. We believe that each and every student can achieve excellence regardless of size maturity, coordination, body type,and other physical capabilities. We don't focus on the competitive nature of sports but help students learn games in a non-threatening, positive environment where cooperation and teamwork are the primary objectives . We as a department are concerned with developing a child's positive attitude towards physical education that can last a lifetime.
