Father Forgive Us
Dear Father in heaven we love You, forgive us where we fail,
We try to do Your will, but seldom do we prevail.
We see the needless sadness, in the corners of our lives,
It comes from not listening to You Father, instead we accept Satan's black lies.
But it is strange that in our failures, Your love is made so very plain,
it comes simply through Jesus, and through no other name.
Oh Father how can we thank Thee, for Your love which our hearts now proclaims,
Since You gave us Jesus, our sins will no longer remain.
