| Upper Tampa Bay 4-H Club The Upper Tampa Bay 4-H Club was formed in January 2002 by members of an inclusive homeschooling group meeting at the Upper Tampa Bay Park near Oldsmar, and has expanded to include members from several local groups as well as some away-from-home-schooled children. The club holds monthly meetings which include a business meeting and recreational or learning activities. | |||
