Cheryl and I met in Ithaca, NY where she received her B.S.
in Natural Resources at
She spent a semester in Jamaica
teaching deaf children, knows how to use a pottery wheel, and
has begun a small-scale herb factory,
to give you an idea of how interesting she is. She is currently
seeking an informal apprenticeship in ceramics, and whipping up
things on the sewing machine for the baby.
A tender moment on our wedding day.
Here is
Cheryl in a fun green dress. Next to her are
Don, one of my roommates in the infamous
Quad (550 Donlon) at
Cornell
University, and Karen, my sister-in-law. Don't they look
spiffy! Karen is married, too. Only Don is not, or at least
he hasn't said anything about it. But then again Don can
be rather crafty like that, if you know what I mean. Cheryl,
Karen, and my sister Sabrina all
shared an historic apartado in the quaint city of Ithaca.
Here are Cheryl and I on
the historic orange couch, entertaining some of my students
from the
English Language Institute after consuimg International Feast.
