A young and healthy pig is subjected to diet with grains and abundant water for space of 30 days, after this time with appropriate asepsis is sacrificed and the pancreas is extracted surgically in the cleanest possible way.

The pancreas is weighed and cuted immediately in small pieces and deposited in a glass mortar with a little of sand which have been perfectly washed with water and later on with ethylic alcohol.

Add 1/ 10 of the pancreas´ weight of distilled water with a 10% of common kitchen salt and begin to mill together with the sand until obtain a homogeneous pap.

Put it in an amber flask that could close tightly and add rain water and rectified spirit of wine in proportion of 1part of alcohol for 3 parts of water until occupy a volume of 3 inches up of the surface of the pap. It become agitated perfectly with a glass bar and close tightly. Put it to digest at 40ºC for space of 40 days.

At the end of this period put it into a round bottom flask and distill for fractionation to reduced pressure at vacuum on an oil bath, taking care that the temperature of evaporation doesn't pass of 50ºC during the whole process of distillation. Cohobe five times or until obtain an oily liquid like result.

Purify the distilled distilling again to reduced pressure picking up the fraction that passes to 40-42ºC putting it in an amber flask perfectly close.

Don't discard the paste in the reactor flask. Pass it to an iron or steel shield and calcine it even ashy. Do the canonical bleaching of the ashes.

Dissolve the salt obtained in the minimum amount of water preheated to 80ºC and filter in hot in wathman 40 paper at vacuum or over cotton at ambient pressure.

Evaporate dryness the filtrate liquid and conserve the salt in an amber recipient and very close.

The oily liquid product of the fractional distillation is putted into a pelican or circulator and preheat to 60ºC. At this temperature add the preheated salt also to 60ºC and shake strongly.

Leave digest 20 days in the circulator with periodic agitation twice per day. Measure the volume and add 1/ 3 of that volume of spirit of wine gentle rectified. Shake with force and circulate in the same conditions for another 20 days more.

Filter over cotton and put in the filtrate in an amber flask. Discard the caput mortum.

In order to use him do a previous dilution in rainwater IDH. Make 100 sucucions shaking up and down strongly.

In 4 separated tubes put 99 ml of rain water in each one and 1 ml of the first dilution 1Dh at the first tube. Make 100 sucucions.

Pass 1 ml of the first to the second tube. Make 100 sucucions and so until the fourth tube.

Here we have 100 ml of spagyrical extract of pancreas.

Dose: 10 drops sublingual an hour before each meal.
