More poems about Beauty Spots.

HAVE YOU EVER GAZED
Have you ever gazed at a vivid blue sky,
And seen an eagle gliding up so high,
Felt the wind blow gently on your cheek,
And the simple joys of sweet nature seek?

Have you tried to count all the wild flowers
As they grow brightly in sunshine and showers,
Sat and watch the birds flutter from tree to tree,
Watched busy ants in their close knit community.

Have you ever seen the lake just before a storm,
Felt the silence of all creature as if they do warn,
All to run for shelter for bad weather is at hand,
Seen the beauty after rain in this glorious land.

Are we too busy to stop for a moment and see
Nature just there giving freely her great beauty,
Take things for granted things there before our eyes
Never stop to thank our Maker for this wonderful prize.
