Flutter is Here!!
The class is really enjoying Flutter's visit. We had a snow day last Thursday, so one lucky child got to keep her an extra day. We checked out your site this morning, and they were all excited to read the email I sent last week. We have our 4th Grade Music Program this Thursday, so I will be recording some music from that for the tape, and Flutter is going to attend, and I'll get her picture at the reception afterward. More later!

Hello Friends! Flutter has arrived safely in Dysart, Iowa on March 17. She was glad to get out of the package.
Guess what! You have just received an animated greeting card from Mrs Gregory's 3rd grade. You'll see the personal greeting here.
Flutter is just wonderful. We went home with Alicia last night. She ate supper, played with Alicia's sister, and took a bath. She went to gym with Travis. Travis took her to hot lunch, too. She did some research on the spider monkey. That's all for today.
Flutter will be mailed to the next school today. We sang our favorite song on tape for you. It is called "Love Grows."We also know that song in sign language, but you won't hear it on tape! Ha, Ha!
Flutter had a terrible accident on Friday, but she is OK now. I went home right after school with my school bag. Then I picked up my bag and went to the post office so that I could mail Flutter. When I got to the post office, she was not in my bag! I went back to school to see if I had left her there. No...she wasn't at school. Then I went back home and she wasn't there. I looked in my car. No Flutter. At last I went back in the house and looked around some more. There was Flutter on the dining room floor! One foot was wet! The culprit was Cody, my dog. He must have taken Flutter out of my bag as soon as I went into the house. Bad dog! I dried her foot and sent her on her way. Don't worry. She will not need surgery. She is fine.

This is just to let you know that Flutter has arrived safely to Smithfield, Utah. He arrived on Thursday March 25th. Today is March 26th and Flutter was excited to get out of his mail bag, but he was sad to see that there are no kids here. It is our parent teacher conferences and so the kids will not be here until Monday. Flutter is looking forward to meeting all of the 1st graders in our class. I will try to take Flutter on some adventures this weekend since he will not be able to go with the kids until Monday. We will take good care of him.
Today is March 31st, Flutter has been having a fun time in Utah. It snowed today and Flutter was able to play in the snow. He had a fun visit with Nicole. She lives on a farm and so Flutter was able to visit with the pigs, dogs, cats and other animals. Today we sang our favorite song on a tape for you. It is "How to Make Popcorn". We like to do the actions, of course you won't see the actions on the tape. We also like to beat and rhythm of the song. Flutter will be leaving us tomorrow, he will be sad to go but excited to visit other classes.
Yesterday, we had a very scary experience. Our class went to P.E. and we left Flutter in our class. When we came back 30 minutes later, Flutter was gone. We were very sad and searched all over the school,but she was no where to be found. As we were leaving for the day, we found out that Flutter missing was just an April fools joke. We were glad when we finally found her. She is looking forward to going to her next school. She is spending her last day with us today. I will mail her after school today. We had a nice time with her. Thanks for the chance to have her visit us!
Flutter is on her way to Ohio. She had a great time in Utah and really enjoyed the visit to the farm and learning new songs. She also learned about the weather and different types of clouds. Thanks for the chance to have her spend some time with us!!!
Flutter has arrived in Cincinnati, Ohio. We are very excited and cannot wait to show Flutter around.

Hi,
Flutter, the angel bear, has arrived in Glenfield Elementary. She is pretty and cute. Tommy is going to see a program by Mr. Cook on how to take care of pets. He is taking Flutter with him. Tomorrow we have planned to read Flutter a story. We will write again.
Flutter left yesterday for Briggs Elementary, IA. We had a lot of fun with Flutter. We hope she makes it back home okay.
