The following are pictures taken with a Leica M Noctilux lens, which has an extremely fast maximum aperture of f/1.0. I happened to try this lens at a camera shop in Sydney Austrailia. I can't remember its name but it is on Oxford Street and is a shop within a photography gallery and bookstore. The shop owner is not a very pleasant person and I've heard some stories that I do not wish to repeat here, but for plain browsing around, it's a good place to spend some time. These pictures were taken at the aperture of f/1.0 to gave me an idea of the kind of background blur that is possible with this lens.
