Mystic Pizza is a movie about love, but most of all, friendship.
It stars three young women who just graduated from high school and have the rest of their lives ahead of them. They all work in Mystic, Connectiucut at Mystic Pizza.
Daisy (Roberts) has no direction and many boyfriends. Kat is her sister, a studious "angel" who is going to Yale in the winter. Jo is their fun loving friend who doesn't want to committ to her boyfriend (D'Onofrio).
What ensues is part funny, part sad, and all entertaining. Mystic Pizza isn't meant to be anything huge and it isn't, it's just a fun movie to watch with your friends.
