Don't let the title get to you. The book is called Tina Gogo because the main character's name is Bettina Gogolavsky. She has everyone call her Tina Gogo for short.

Tina Gogo is about Tina, a child who gets mad a lot and tells lies. Tina comes to Meridian with Jim and Emily Harris. She meets Sarajane Punch, whose family runs a restaurant called, "Punchy's". Tina and Sarajane become best friend in the events that happen in the book.

I liked Tina Gogo until the end. The end made no sense to me. That sort-of ruined the whole book for me.

I recommend that you read Tina Gogo. You might understand the ending better than I did. The rest of the book is worth the read also.
