EQUIPMENT: belts(15 red, 15blue), jerseys(1 red, 1 blue), mats(2), cones(16 various sizes)

T     attendance lines - sit quietly talking, teacher checks attendance according to coordinate positions   and quietly    
T           (ie:  A7) find letter 'A' on wall, count back '7' dots on floor -- coordinate 'A7'        
N               kdg - no coordinates - just sit on dot / teacher call names, students answer 'here'        
  5 min intro game sitting on coord Objective:  2 teams on opposite sides of the gym, try to cross onto their attentive   IV
      create teams     opponent's side to find and return the flag to their own side organize belts    
          Set-Up:  2 teams / 1 with blue belts, 1 with red belts, stand against opposite wall   quickly    
                       set-up cones (8 on each side) and mats(as hinding barriers)        
                       students hide own flag under 1 of the cones on their side        
A         Game    students cross black line and try to find opponents flag        
C         Play:      if caught, they are taken to the dungeon(sitting against opponents wall)        
T         they can not be freed unless a teammate runs across and tags them,        
I         without being caught        
V         Rules:    flags can be gaurded, but not stood over / no pushing to tag / if freed        
I                     from dungeon, student can walk free to other side(arms crossed) /

  5 min into activity, instruct students to return to coordinates and begin stretches(5 sec. each) -- SEE WALL FOR STRETCHES -- then return to activity            
  Throughout activity, stop & perform exercise (push-ups, sit-ups, etc…) / 1 exercise = 1 min / chose 3 exercises on 3 occasions / then return to activity                  
C 2 min clean-up and move to door   instruct students to return equipment correctly and form 3 lines the main entrance walk, no talk   IV
L   meet at door sit in 3 lines(blue, students should walk/no talk, to 3 lines at door / sit in shortest line   clean equip.
