Instrument numbers for the "color" (c(x))
command.
e.g. c(9) sets the playing instrument to "Glockenspiel".
These are, as far as I know, the standard midi patches. The sounds on your
particular setup/soundcard might well be different. In any case, when LMUSe
interprets the c(x) command, it sends a MIDI "change program
to x" message to the MIDI device.
