Power Volleyball I

This class was designed for the beginner volleyball student. Basic skills are taught which include the pass, the set, the hit or spike and the serve. The students develop these skills and learn how to coordinate the skills with teammates to develop into an efficient team. A unit on physical fitness will also be covered. This class is the pre-requisite for Power Volleyball II.
