The Washington State Trial Lawyers Association and the California APWU
consider me to be an expert on the Federal Employees' Compensation Act.
My position allows me to advise injured federal civilian workers
before the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs and before the Employees' Compensation Appeals Board and to conduct seminars for doctors,lawyers and union officials. business card
The statute is called the Federal Employees' Compensation Act, 5 USC � 8101 et seq. The regulations can be found at 20 CFR � 10. et seq. I sit on the Board of Directors of the Federal Employees' Compensation
Association and edit its newsletter. I am the author of "An Introduction to The

I am a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University (BA cum laude), the University of
Washington (MA & PHD Candidate) and the University of Puget Sound School of
Law (JD cum laude). I am a member of the Washington State Bar and have
been admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Western District Of
Washington.
I am a 62 year old, heterosexual, married father who loves ballet, classical
Greek theater, textual criticism, first run films, Disneyland, sports, the beardless runner at the Mercer Island Half Marathon, fine dining, the outdoors and travel to Russia.
I have been told by my wife, Lilia, that I give great back rubs.
My 14 year old daughter, Alina, who lives on Bainbridge Island, attends
Sakai middle school and my 5 year old son, John Jr. attends pre school on the Island. Their mother Lilia is from Russia and is my lover and best friend. My two daughters from a previous marriage are Jessica and Kimberly. The two older daughters have both been in Bainbridge Performing Arts. My extended family includes my father and various aunts and uncles and cousins. My mother, God rest her soul, passed away in September of 2002.
