Place for the Canipe, Kanipe, Kneip Family History
This family history represents much research on the part of several family members. The Canipe/Kanipe members are scattered over the country but seem to predominate in North Carolina, particularly in the Catawba River Valley. The original KNEIP family has been joined by later immigrants from Germany but it is not known if the families are related.
