The Endless Knott

The Endless Knott

A source of information dedicated to Pagans everywhere

Why are we here? What is the true purpose of our existance? Who is god, and why, with all his power, would he be interested in we puny mortals? These are questions that we all ask at one point or another in our lives. These are the questions to which we hope to discover the answers....Together.

StoneHenge...Who built it?....and why?

Legends say that Stonehenge, or "The Giants Dance" was created by Merlin, the Wizard of the Arthurian Legends. It claims, at times, that he caused the stones to be transported from Ireland by magick...or that it was a group of evil giants that he transformed to stone. Science says that it is a great calendar, built by the ancient people of Great Britain. But how could these less advanced people have cut and moved the stones? Why would they have gone to such an extreme effort? And how could they have aligned the stones so perfect?

Stonehenge is associated with strange phenomena and even stranger tales. What is true? Let's share some of the stories you may have heard...

Personally, I like to know a little about those I talk to, and I can't expect anyone to try and learn (or teach) someone they know nothing about, so here is a little information about myself.
