Old Meets New in Reverse - Solution

You may have noticed that the characters follow a certain pattern with O's and X's appearing on the left side and R's C's and E's showing up on the right--not completely unlike Roman Numerals.

If you use a reverse alphabet, where A=Z, B=Y, C=X, etc., you will get Roman Numerals.  Each Roman Numeral results in a number between 68 and 118.  These, in turn, represent alphabetic characters in the ASCII chart:  68=A, 69=B, 70=C, ... 97=a, 98=b, 99=c, etc.

After completing those steps you'll end up with:
