Welcome to my stretch of virtual land on the web. My name is Melissa F. Nehls-- don't ask about the "F" and call me Missy... most people do. I was born into this world August 20, 1973, you do the math. I am in-deedy a leo and project many of the character traits that leos are "supposed" to have.

I am originally from, and am currently living in Milwaukee, WI. My parents live on the fringe of suburbia in Wauwatosa, about 2 blocks shy of the "border" between said 'burb and Milwaukee. I went to Wauwatosa East High School, graduated in 1991, and have no plans, as of yet, to go back. Suffice it to say that high school was not "the best years of my life". I graduated in May of 1996 from Winona State University in Winona, MN. I am the proud owner of a Bachelor of Science in the field of Elementary Education. I have a minor in English, which was my original major-- I wanted to be a writer. Instead I am a teacher, molding young minds to do my bidding... er... I mean... forget that last part. I'm just a teacher. I'm also studying interior design.

My husband, Jason, and I were married on October 31, 1998. We have three rabbits and a dog.

As for hobbies, I have plenty. I enjoy reading, writing, and crafting. I love most kinds of music (except country), and I like movies (although I'm pretty picky). As for group activities, Jason and I like exploring local culinary faire (read: eating out). I also love shopping, especially antique and book stores. As for visual stimulation, we like going to Brewer games and ComedySportz, as well as watching the older Mystery Science Theater 3000s (we love Joel, Mike is a doody head-- although he was great doing the character acting when Joel was still on the show).
