Me in Brief

I graduated from Iowa State University in dec 95, receiving my BS in Computer Engineering, and have since entered the "real world". My interests include kiting (go fly a kite!), role-playing (paranoia is fun, but I'm not much of one for Dungeons and Dragons), spiritualism and theological discussions, computers (obvious), games, and enjoying an occasional GOOD beer (I'm not much of a Milwaukee's Best fan). I was born under the sign of pisces (as the image above-left should make clear) in 1973.

As a computer person I love to spend time tinkering with computers. I love to assemble PC's and have my own assembled PC, but I also like making small circuits from scratch too. I program in many languages including C,C++,Assembly (68k, i80x86,pic,etc), Unix shell, pascal, fortran (I deny it! :] ), awk scripts and HTML (if you want to call that programming, but all my pages are hand coded, using vi or windows notepad no specialized "do the html for you" editors). At home I currently run 2 pc's with a small network between them: tiny- a 486-120 running linux (rh6), and wintendo- a k6-2 300 running win95.

Religiously I am a blending of Wicca and Taoism(link updated 7/10/99), but I have some of my own ideas too. Yes Wicca and Taoism may seem an odd mix at first, but they really are quite compatible. Overall I consider myself to be of Wiccan faith, with taoist philosophies affecting my lifestyle, and my interpretations of Wiccan ideals. I am not evangelical, nor do I believe evangelism is a "good" thing, because I feel there is truth in many paths. So no, I'm not going to try to convert you or preach... any religious info on my pages is provided to satisfy the curiosity of others, not to preach or convert.
