Medea's Chariot:: The Opinionated Pagan Research Center. This page has a lot of solid, well written essays on Wiccan and Pagan issues (among other things). Good for the slightly experienced beginner through more advanced types (not geared for the clueless newbie). A very well done site!

The Silver Web Altar is another good Wicca page, with a Q&A forum on it.

My Wicca Page is a page primarily made of good intro texts I've collected, and some I wrote.

Silver Circle is a net talker site which is oriented around paganism and Wicca. Persons of all paths are welcome there, however "bashing" of any religion (including non-pagan ones) is *strictly* prohibited there. Approximately 50% of the talker population is Pagan/Wiccan with the rest being open minded people of all paths. (unrelated to Pennstate's pagan student group of the same name)

Church of All Worlds is an international organization of 'nests' of followers of pagans, Wiccans, Shamans, Vodoun, Buddhists and other earth religion followers.
