I signed this page like two years ago. I miss Morgantown. I lived there for 12 years and went to Suncrest Primary, North Elementary, and Suncrest Junior High. Now I live in TN. I do not like my highschool here---it's overcrowded & ha a bunch of hicks with red pickup trucks that play "Dixie" when they honk the horn. LOL! Well I hope that the Suncrest band is still doing well. I played flute & piccolo there for three years. I wish I could've gotten to go to MHS, because the bands dow here aren't any good. They don't have the talent or the commitment like Suncrest did/does. I'm hopefully going to go to WVU in 2001 to major in Musical Theatre. Advice to all the current and future SMS students: Savor the good moments while you can, b cause it will go by so quickly, and highschool will go by even faster! Oh, and don't spend all your time & energy trying to impress people, because nobody will care how cool you were after you graduate from highschool. I was NOT "cool" in Jr.High, but I don't really care anymore, because I still made lifelong friends there. Your true friends will like you for your personality, not your clothes or your hair. To all of you out there who thought I was a dork in Jr.High: guess what?!? I don't care!!! Okay, I know I'm rambling so I'll just shutup now... |
